The Definitive Closer Report

Where….Where am I? What happened? Why does my butt feel like it’s been probed? After a lengthy sabbatical that I will never speak about again, I’m back! Sorry for those couple of people that actually read our site and enjoyed me not writing on it, and a big HELLO to the couple of people that enjoy what I have to say (Mom and Dad). Anywayz (ghetto version), Furtah and I decided to try and bring you some regular articles on a weekly basis. I’ll be doing The Closer Report on Tuesdays, and bring you Weekly Pick-ups on Thursdays. So get jazz-hands for that! So without further Freddy Adu, here’s the first of many Closer Reports:  click the link to see the list...
Comments:
I feel the top 10 are locks. Sit them in that RP spot and roll with it. The rest that follow are at risk for injury, someone from injury coming back and taking their job, or just plain sucking. Having said that there are a few I feel stand out among the mass of crap. I feel it’s safe to anoint Marmol as a safe bet for the rest of the year. His control is better, and his job is safe consider they tried everyone in North Chicago as closer and it didn’t work. Ryan Cook is a stud, but Balfour has been on fire! I think Cook has a long leash, but I’d own Balfour if I had Cook.  Parnell is a lock to close the rest of the year. His control is any issue, but I don’t think it’ll lose him the job.  Watch the Angels’ closer situation. I think Frieri is the Big Dawg that’ll eat there, but they like play matchups there which means I don’t think Frieri will end up with as many saves as he should.
